1) Invitation codes are unique for each month and only offered for redemption within CelcomDigi app during the promo duration between Mar – Dec 2025.

2) Redeemed invitation codes/RM10 credit must be activated within same month and cannot be carried forward while the credit validity must be used <30days upon activation. Users can only use the credit once per JomCharge account per month throughout the whole promo validity period.

3) Each invitation code entitles for 1 time use of RM10 discounted charging session and it’s non-accumulative. Kindly ensure transaction amount is >RM10 credit as no refund will be given if any variance and will be forfeited.

4) Customers need to install & create user account in JomCharge app first then link a credit card before activation of the invitation code redeemed from CelcomDigi to begin charging vehicle. (Can refer to Step 1 and Step 2 as guidance).

5) Customers can charge at authorized JomCharge charging stations only with CelcomDigi branding nationwide. (Refer to above locations)

6) Upon expiry of promo, customers can continue to use JomCharge app on a normal pay per use basis.

7) Charging credits are activated once only to the linked account so it cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, shared, pledged in any manner.

8) This promo cannot be resold on retail or resale platforms such as but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Carousell etc on social media sites including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter etc. Reselling will render this promo activation void.

9) JomCharge reserves the right to change any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
