Key Responsibilities
– Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (Phone, Email, and WhatsApp etc)
– Professionally handle inquiries from clients and customers
– You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
– Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
– Continuously identify work process improvements

– Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required
– Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
– Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues such as charging, pricing / invoice queries etc
Requirements
– We are looking for individuals that have an excellent command of spoken and written English

Key Responsibilities
– Assist in bank reconciliation to ensure all payments amounts & records are accurate
– Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed on a timely basis
– Issue customer invoices & updates of supplier invoices
– Issue payment voucher
– Preparation of full set of accounts for CPO division
– Preparation & analysis of financial reports
– Perform duties assigned by finance manager from time-to-time
Requirements
– Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
– Basic knowledge of accounting is required
– Fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position
– Required skill – MS Office
– Able to multitask, attention to detail, self motivated, work independently, responsible, trustworthy and take initiative during working hour
– Experience in a similar function with experience in using SQL accounting systems is an added advantage
